To access the Location screen open any of your Clients Locations and Navigate to the tab labeled Speed Test

If you do not see a tab labelled Speed Test on the location screen please review the following Permissions Document.

The location screen is used to enable and configure the speed test functionality.

Option	Value	Description
Enable Speed Test	ON / OFF	Default : Off Enables Speed Tests to be performed for the location
Interval	Integer (Min)	Default : 60 Minutes Interval in Minutes between tests. Minimum value is 60 minutes
Test Server	Selection	Default : Auto The Speedtest.net Server used to perform the Speed Test
Computer	Selection	Default : N/A The Computer used within Automate to perform the Speed Test
Server Failures	Integer (Attempts)	Default : 3 The number of times to allow a failure to occur with the Test server before automatically detecting a new server
Calculation Method	MAX / AVG	Default : Max Defines the Calculation method to determine download speed
Day and Time Limitations	Multiple Options	Default : 24 Hours / 7 Days a week. Using these options you are able to restrict the Time and Day that the Speed Tests will be Performed.
Enable Down Speed Alerting	ON / OFF	Default : Off Enables Download Speed Alerting
Expected Download	Numeric (Mbps)	Default : Not Specified Expected Download Speed in Mbps
Threshold (Download)	Percentage	Default : Not Specified Percentage based threshold for when alerting is triggered
Enable Up Speed Alerting	ON / OFF	Default : Off Enables Upload Speed Alerting
Expected Upload	Numeric (Mbps)	Default : Not Specified Expected Upload Speed in Mbps
Threshold (Upload)	Percentage	Default : Not Specified Percentage based threshold for when the alert is triggered
