Added ability to configure “Disable In-Built Automatic Updates” at the location level.
Refactored the fix for On Demand Actions where MySQL 5.7 or MySQL 8.0 are Installed which resulted in scripts not being correctly scheduled, this is now entirely automated and no longer requires any user configuration.

Resolved issue that was preventing licensing and other important issue notifications from being displayed.
