The User Account used to authenticate with the ConnectWise Automate server must have the following.

  • Super Admin permission role assigned.

  1. Launch Plugin Installer using this link https://installer.rmmsolutions.com.au/

  2. Login and Authenticate with your ConnectWise Automate Server

  3. Select the Plugin(s) you wish to Install or Update

  4. Once completed you can start the process over or close the browser window.
